12th Annual Green Bay FOP Spring Fishing Tournament

On May 23rd, 2019, Green Bay FOP held our 12th Annual Spring Fishing Tournament in Little Sturgeon Bay off the Bay of Green Bay. This year we had a total of 22 boats participate in a dual tournament (Bass/Walleye). Windy conditions made for rough water and less than ideal fishing conditions, however many of the teams were still able to get fish in the boat.

Robert M. Carmody County Park was our base for the tournament and after weigh-in, we enjoyed a delicious meal, raffle prizes, and a great time catching up with our members and guests. This event provides an opportunity for our members, sponsors, and guests to enjoy a day on the water together. Money raised during the event is donated to various local youth fishing and wildlife management/sustainability programs.
